He and his wife, Jenny, who were high school sweethearts, went off to college together at the University of South Dakota and had their first of five children while in school, something Matt would tell you, was not the easiest thing to do.  Matt would graduate with a major in business, a minor in criminal justice and an emphasis in Marketing all while raising a family.  

After college, Matt started his career in business in 1997, working for OEI Business Products and later transitioning to SFI Workflow Management, the largest print distribution company in the United States.  In 2004, he along with a partner, started Performance Group, a print and office supply company that was created initially on a cocktail napkin.   

Since then, Matt has accomplished what he set out to do which was to create a God inspired company, in a family centric environment, that not only helps customers grow but provides a safe and friendly workplace promoting growth for employees and our community.  

Prior to starting with Beyond Print, Al owned his own company in a similar space.  He has been with Beyond Print for 8 years and has known Matt Hustedt, Beyond Print's owner, for over 25 years.  Al and Matt, over the years, have worked hard to build a growing and successful company that emphasis good working relationships with all.  

Al says what he loves most about working at Beyond Print, aside from its fast pace and innovative style, is that everyone, from sales to support, wants our clients to grow and they all help guide and educate our clients throughout the entirety of our process.  

When Al isn't working, you will find him enjoying the outdoors where he likes to spend time hunting and fishing.  He is also a musician and enjoys playing the blues whenever possible! 

Phil started with Beyond Print in 2017 and has been friends with owner, Matt Hustedt, for over 14 years.  He got to know Matt from working at a label manufacturer that Matt was a customer of.  Phil brings over 15 years of experience in the label business and feels relationships are how our business works best.  

What Phil loves most about his job is his team, the leadership and the flexibility and autonomy to get the job done in the best manner for the clients.  He also says we put God first which helps keep our priorities in check.  

When Phil isn't working, you will find him and his wife Heather either spending time at their daughters (11 & 13) sporting events or attending a concert somewhere together. Phil also loves the outdoors and enjoys hunting and playing golf when time permits! 

Duane started with Beyond Print in January 2020.  Just after college, Duane stared his career at Conagra as an accountant where he says he gained vast business experience.  During 2006 to 2020, Duane was the VP of Operations for a manufacturing plant that packaged and processed nuts.  He has extensive background in flexible packaging which makes him an ideal fit for his current role as Controller for Beyond Print.  

What Duane loves most about his job is that he's back to his roots in accounting and believes the team that is assembled at Beyond Print is top notch.  He and owner, Matt Hustedt, have been mutual friends for some time and got to know each other through a mutual friend in the coffee business.  Duane thoroughly enjoys what he does and loves being around his team daily.  

When not working, Duane likes to play golf if weather permits and work on house projects when possible!  

Brady is headquartered out of the New Mexico office and has been on the Beyond Print team since October of 2018.  Brady comes with over 30+ years experience in food manufacturing, namely in spices and seasonings.  Over those years, he formed a tight bond with Beyond Print owner, Matt Hustedt, as they funneled packaging referrals to one another.  

What Brady loves most about his job is the support and freedom he receives from his work and team.  He calls it a blessing to work for Beyond Print and says his colleagues are all customer driven going above and beyond the call of duty. He says he appreciates how quickly everyone communicates with one another, especially as I am remote from my team.  

Brady and his wife, Margarita, love spending time together and with their two kids whenever possible, who are now out of the house and building their own futures.  His son is a pilot in the United States Air Force and his daughter is officially a nurse in Kansas City, after recently graduating.  When Brady isn't spending time at work or with his family, you will find him outdoors as he loves to ski, snowshoe, and fly fish whenever possible!   

Max is a recent graduate from the University of Nebraska Omaha and joined Beyond Print in January of 2022.  Max has a degree in studio art with a concentration in graphic design and is extremely talented behind a computer screen. He is happy to have landed with Beyond Print, utilizing his degree and expanding his knowledge.  

What Max loves most about Beyond Print are the core values of the company and the honesty of his peers wanting to do good work for their customers.  He mentioned that life at Beyond Print is simple with down to earth people that are open and willing to help whenever help is needed.  

Recently engaged, Max enjoys spending time with his fiance, playing board games, listening to music and hanging out with friends.  An interesting fact about Max is that he loves studying art and the history of cinematic films!   

Jennifer started at Beyond Print in January of 2022 and comes with a wealth of experience.  Prior to Beyond Print, Jennifer spent her last 11 years in the snack manufacturing industry for a private label brand.  

What Jennifer loves most about her job is the passion that the owner, Matt Hustedt, has for this business and the leadership he brings.  From customer facing collegues and sales teams, to those behind the scenes, everyone is working on the project for the customer, and everyone plays a role.  She says, "Our group is small but mighty!" 

When not working, you will find Jennifer spending time with her dog (peanut butter) and her cat (jelly)! She also loves to spend times outdoors, namely a top her kayak named Red Dragon!  

Jody has worked for Beyond Print since 2016 and thrives at her job as Customer Service Representative.  Prior to joining Beyond Print, Jody served 25 years in customer service for the labelling industry where she says she gained incredible knowledge.  

What Jody loves most about working at Beyond Print is the team and the old school values they all share when it comes to team and customer service.  She says we all work so well together, and everyone wants to help each other which makes servicing our clients that much easier and enjoyable. 

When not working, you will find Jody spending time with her grandsons and being outdoors walking her dog!   

Bob has worked for Beyond Print since 2014.  His storied career began prior to joining the Beyond Print team where he was employed in radio as an entertainer, band member and 9 years with Bose as a team manager in sales and marketing.  

What Bob loves most about his job is his team and the culture and environment they work in.  Bob and the owner of Beyond Print, Matt Hustedt, have been close friends for many years which helps make his job that much more enjoyable to come to everyday and work hard.  He loves people, both customers and colleagues, and says its easy work when you are handling great clients and working with truly genuine people.  

Bob is soon to be a true empty nester with his kids now in their twenties so when he's not at work, you will find him still seeking as much time as he can being around his family.  In addition to family, Bob is actively involved in his church and enjoys cultivating his garden and doing home projects!
